B-Spring was founded by Thomas Leal, an industrial engineer with a passion for leadership strategies. After working with corporate B2B companies in the auto industry, he realized how powerful a business strategy could be on the path to excellence.

It did not take long for the market to notice that Thomas was using a different and effective marketing strategy to help his clients—positioning.

His opportunity of a lifetime came when a global motor parts manufacturer called him to develop a marketing strategy for its aftermarket. The plan he developed was so powerful and simple that it not only took sales through the roof, it also changed the way the company operated worldwide by moving from being a motor parts supplier to a supplier of integrated systems.

Today Thomas owns Business Spring, a business coaching company focused on helping you reach your company’s vision.
